Dynamically draw line graph using array values (javascript preferred)

Hi all, I have stored an array of transform values for an object in a game. I would like to create a plotted graph of these transform values (x) over time (y), when the timer stops ( though not relevant to the dynamic drawing, I'm assuming). I haven't been able to find answers to drawing graphs ingame, or how to pull these values from an array. Is this possible to do? Thank you
